Where is À la table by Hanna based?

We are based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and service Montreal and the greater area.

Where is your shop located?

Our shop is located at 6121 av Monkland, Montreal, QC H4A 1H5. We are open weekdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

How do I place an order for a grazing box?

You can place your order directly on the website. All grazing boxes must be placed 48 hours in advance.

How can I book À la table by Hanna for an event?

For special events or workshops, please email us at info@alatable.ca.

Which days do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery seven days a week. All orders are dispatched at 9:00 am, every morning. For special requests, please contact us by email at info@alatable.ca prior to ordering.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

We send a notification by text to the shipping number provided, 60 minutes prior to the delivery being made. This window period may be subject to change due to weather.

Do you ship outside of Montreal?

We ship all products from Specialty items by post. Please email us at info@alatable.ca, if you live outside of Montreal and the greater area.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of the business, all purchases made on the À la table by Hanna website or at the shop, are final sale and non-refundable.

All deposits are non-refundable.

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

We cater to all allergies and dietary restrictions. When adding a product to your cart, you will be required to identify if we need to consider any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Is your facility nut free or Kosher?

No, our facility is not nut free or Kosher. However, we take all allergies and dietary restrictions seriously and adapt to each request.

How long can I keep my grazing box?

Our boxes are meant to be consumed the day you receive it. However, the delicious products are good for 3 days.

I am sending a box as a gift to a friend. Do you include the billing information?

No, we do not include any billing information with your order. If you are sending a gift for someone, we highly recommend that you include a card in the notes section at checkout, for the recipient to know who to thank for their delicious treats.
